Espace Loggia furniture is made to order in our factory in Les Herbiers, Vendée, using wood from ecologically managed French forests. And for us, for over 45 years, manufacturing in France is not just a label: it’s a strong and logical commitment to the economic development of our regions, and also to our customers. Made-to-measure manufacturing: when craftsmanship meets innovation
1- Raw materials: robust materials chosen locally
Before becoming intelligent multifunctional furnitureour products are carefully selected raw materials.
Solid wood: we carefully select solid wood from eco-managed French forests (PEFC and FSC), notably Limousin oak and Landes pine. These noble species guarantee solid, durable and environmentally-friendly wooden beds and storage units.
Top-of-the-range MDF panels, also sourced in France, used only when the design calls for it, notably to ensure optimum strength on certain structures such as mezzanine floors.
Meticulous finishes: a variety of colors and a wide choice of optional finishes (lacquered, matte, bleached, varnished or untreated), for perfect integration into any interior.
2- Design: intelligent furniture designed to evolve
Espace Loggia’s design office, made up of designers and engineers, creates layouts that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional and comfortable, taking into account the space constraints and evolving needs of our customers.
Computer-aided design to visualize each project before manufacture
Advanced modularity : retractable beds, wardrobe beds, retractable desks, tables folding tables… All our furniture can be transformed as you wish!

3-Manufacturing & assembly: the expertise of a passionate team
Once the design has been validated, manufacturing begins in our in our workshops in the Vendée region. Industrial craftsmanship is our great strength.
