Children
Designing for children
Fun, functional and progressive, a nursery must be able to grow with its occupant. It must also help him to blossom by offering, in a single room, all the comfort he needs to sleep, play, work and entertain his friends.
Head in the clouds
Every child dreams of a tree house. If they can’t build it in a tree, they can use a mezzanine or a retractable bed to create a castle in the sky.
Espace loggia offers a wide range of models for parents with their feet firmly on the ground. The modular mezzanine is the most versatile of all. Over the years, it can be adjusted in height and width, until it becomes the first piece of furniture in an adult’s life.
With pull-out beds, you can also create sleeping arrangements of different heights. More inspiration: discover our layout of a 12m2 bedroomfor three girls.

The Triptych: one, two, three...
Espace Loggia offers its best-selling triptych in a children’s or teenager’s version.
Ingenious, with a double mechanical lifting system, the triptych provides 3 spaces in 1 piece of furniture: a retractable bed with a real sleeping surface, a large desk for evening homework or creative work, and a space, with two heaters and a shelf, for playing with dinettes and welcoming friends.
Sleep, work and play all in one small room. The reliable system is safe and entirely mechanical.
Defining your territory
When the family grows faster than the walls, you have to learn to share your room. The most obvious way is to transform a mezzanine into bunk beds, with Brick© at the bottom forming the podium for a new toy-box bed. Several mezzanine beds can also be staged to create perimeters that better respect each child’s personality. For twins, espace loggia installed two symmetrical mezzanines equipped with desks and cupboards. Whereas for two sisters, her advisors preferred to opt for asymmetry. The eldest features a high mezzanine with a large built-in desk. And for the youngest, a low mezzanine with shelves and a writing table.
Brick© completes the picture. For the youngest, they create a safestaircase that also serves as storage space. For taller children who prefer to climb the ladder, the blocks become bedside cabinets or chests of drawers or sofa beds, or even desk drawers. With just a few pieces of furniture, it’s possible to create a totally modular room that can be transformed to suit your child’s needs.
Choose soft colors
Cotton candy pink, mallard blue, celadon and tyrian are just some of the colors on the espace loggia color chart that speak the language of childhood.
Soft, on-trend shades set the stage for a soft, reassuring decor.
