At Espace Loggia, our strength lies in a close-knit team of 40 experts who are passionate about what they do. Unlike the big names, all our talent is integrated into the company, enabling us to control every stage, from design to installation of the evolving furniture. Entirely managed by the Malignac family, Espace Loggia has no shareholders or outside capital, which is why we are able to make independent and responsible decisions, always in the interests of our customers. For example, to produce in France, to never sacrifice quality and to offer sustainable development at a fair price.
Our approach is based on a unique balance between innovation and traditional know-how: true industrial craftsmanship. Thanks to streamlined production, modern manufacturing techniques and meticulous human attention to detail, we create authentic, high-quality furniture.
Our business lines

The design office
Our designers and engineers have unique expertise in interior design and the optimization of living spaces. optimization of living spaces. And of course, they take into account the specific requirements of each customer, to provide customized solutions for their room configuration.

The production unit
Our specialist carpenters and technicians make every piece of furniture in our factory in Les Herbiers, Vendée. Experts in modular layouts, wooden beds and intelligent intelligent furnitureThey work closely with our design office to improve manufacturing processes. Each piece of furniture is produced to order, using materials sourced from ecologically-managed French forests (all our suppliers comply with PEFC and FSC).

Finishing teams
All our furniture undergoes strict quality control to guarantee optimum durability. Our teams apply lacquers and varnishes, bleach the oak or leave it untreated for a natural result, according to the customer’s wishes.

Sales teams
The Espace Loggia sales team assists customers in choosing their made-to-measure furnishings, with advice tailored to their needs. Whether in the store or remotely, we provide personalized support so that each customer can find the right piece of furniture to suit his or her specific needs. Our advisors are more than just salespeople: they’ll help you optimize your space with plans, configurators and great ideas for layout and storage.

Installation & assembly teams
Installing a retractable beda manga bookcase or a 3-in-1 ceiling bed requires precision and know-how. To guarantee perfect, safe installation, we have a long-standing partnership with seven teams of approved service providers, selected for their expertise and in-depth knowledge of our products. You don’t have to worry about a thing, just leave it to us!

The hallmark of our design office, Loggia Lab designs innovative, durable furniture, rethinking every space-saving solution to optimize and transform living space.

Guillaume Parent
Guillaume Parent has worked closely with Espace Loggia for many years. Founder of Agence Zélé, which takes a cross-disciplinary approach to design, he seeks to create simple, comprehensive and innovative solutions for the user.

Matali Crasset
Since the 1990s, Matali Crasset has explored a wide range of fields, from hotels to electronic music, from crafts to urban reflection. In 2009, she presented Espace Loggia with the Pop Space program, the fruit of her experience as a mother and designer. A totally revolutionary set of furniture that accompanies children’s development from infancy to adulthood.

Eisuke Tachikawa
Founder of the Nosigner™ collective, Eisuke Tachikawa defends the idea of design with a social dimension. His progressive, multidisciplinary approach appealed to Espace Loggia, which produced his Open Source collection, imagined for the Mozilla Foundation. The brand is thus pioneering this new collaborative and open approach to design.

Faltazi Lab
Faltazi, aka Victor Massip (mechanical designer) and Laurent Lebot (designer and graphic artist) met Espace Loggia through VIA (Valorisation de l’Innovation dans l’Ameublement). The company and the collective, who share a passion for operational and forward-looking design, pooled their skills to come up with Grand Large: a retractable retractable bed for the contract market.

Sandra Planchez
For Ligne Roset, architect and designer Sandra Planchez has imagined the Hop&Up bed, a piece of furniture that can be upgraded to include an overhead bed and a desk. She worked in collaboration with Espace Loggia’s design office for the technical development of this innovative product, which we manufacture.
